Chef Bodil is a very good ambassador for Norwegian farmers and Norwegian products. Her menu consists of home cooking dishes with local produce from the local producers, most of them under 3 km away from the hotel.

As a guest with us, we want you to get a taste experience of the rare. Our new 5-course menu concept has been composed with a view to giving you quality and freedom of choice and replaces the previous a la carte menu. The 5-course meal is served every day and here you can choose from 1 to 5 courses. You can also upgrade with a dish of good cheeses if desired.
