Lofoten trail running camp

September 6 to 8, 2019

A perfect weekend to enjoy amazing single-tracks, get inspired to master the trail! You will learn hands-on, experience different training formats & drills, improve form & efficiency for all terrain, and learn how to get fitter and more performant for your favorite distance! This is a special camp for the Norwegian & Swedish communities and all international runners inspired to join us!

Join us September 6 to 8, 2019 a fun weekend of learning and running in picturesque Lofoten in Northern Norway!

Coach for the weekend:

Chloë Lanthier director of the X-Training School she offers a wide range of educational programs and mountain camps. She loves sharing her passion, experience and knowledge in training, racing and injury prevention. Chloë is a finisher of 5 Marathon des Sables, many podiums from 30km to Ultra-trail distances, and a former mountain bike 24hrs world champion. Chloë is a consultant in sports medicine from rehabilitation to human performance. She is a trail ambassador for Patagonia. Canadian she lives full time in Chamonix, France.

What you will learn: 

Building strength & endurance simultaneously Cadence and pacing for all terrain Vertical training: drills to improve climbing & descending technique, speed and confidence Running the climbs efficiently How to increase base running speed: run longer and faster Form training & efficiency via video analysis and individual tips Training regimen to promote fat metabolism and greater leg oxygenation to run longer, faster and further

Further information: 

You should comfortably be able to run 15km’s or an average of 90 minutes to 2 hours non-stop to take part of the camp. The camp is non-competitive in a fun and supporting atmosphere.
